Product search in our e-shop
Use “Sort by” in order to quickly find the items in the shop, use the drop-down menu:
first fixtures will be selected by style, then when you select the appropriate style, in the same drop-down menu “Sort” fixtures will be selected by use objectives.
If you are looking for a particular fixture for a certain place, we recommend that you use is in the main menu search „Filters“ module.
The filter includes four independent from each other criteria that will help you quickly sort out exactly the product(s) you are looking for.
With „Style“ you can filter the fixtures suitable for the style: for example, the classic light fixtures, light fixtures in modern style and so on.
Price class helps to sort the items in the appropriate price range.
If you are looking for a specific lighting manufacturer, then using this filter you will be offered only products of that particular brand.
The „Purpose of use“ comprises a plurality of keywords associated with the possibilities of the use of lamps, the choice of which will be offered to suitable fixtures.
After selecting the criteria(s), click “Search for items”.
If you select multiple criteria simultaneously, they will be applied all together, and you will be offered only those products that will be filtered for all criteria. For example, if the style you selected is “Lightings for damp rooms”, but as „Purpose of use“ is “desk lighting“, then if such article does not exist in our e-shop, the result will be reflected in „0 luminaires found“.
It is worth noting that many products are presented as series, or at a different explanation models code. In this case, options for changing the parameters are presented in a drop-down menu. To obtain information about the data and the price of a particular model, you need to make a choice in all available drop-down menus, only then you will be shown the information and the price on the desired model.
Before you apply new filters, click on „Remove filters“.
If you are looking for series of fixtures, which includes lightings with different intended use, specific purpose of use (for example, „floor lamp“), the first selection is made on the “Purpose”, and then adjust the other filters in the drop-down menu.
If you still have not found a suitable product in our e-shop, then in the “Brands” section you’ll find direct links to the sites and catalogs of our partners and suppliers.
Adding a product to shopping cart
Choosing desired product(s) and adding them to your shopping cart. In order to get full understanding about the product please see the attached description – dimensions, decoration, technical data and etc necessary product information.
In the event when the product(s) has variable options, you will find a combination of variables in the drop-down menu. You will be shown the parameters and the price of the corresponding version of the product.
Add selected items to your shopping cart. We definitely recommend to choose the appropriate lamp bulb for your lighting fixture. If the bulb is supplied together with a lighting fixture, then you will see corresponding information.
When making purchases, you can choose a suitable delivery method. The cost of transport depends on the size and weight of the ordered goods.
Client can opt to receive ordered goods in person at our representation office at Pärnu mnt. 146 Tallinn.
You can shop as a non-registered user (guest), or as a registered user. Fill in all the appropriate fields (fields marked with red asterisk are mandatory), select the right user name and password for yourself (if you want to become a registered user). Be sure to check the specified address and contact details, otherwise there may be problems with the delivery of the ordered goods.
After „Add to cart“ and „Check-out“ process you will be presented with different payment options (depending on your country of residence):
- online-banking links will allow you to pay for the goods immediately;
- paying for goods in installments (only for Estonian customers);
- bank transfer – system will provide our bank account details, as well as tell you how to initiate a bank transfer;
- card payments – you will have a choice of various credit and debit card settlement.
Please note that the estimated delivery time starts after succesful transaction and/or settlement. If you pay for goods using the online-bank facility, then after performing transaction please press the “Back to the merchant” button.
Shipping & Warranty
For each particular product there is a specified delivery time. Delivery times are calculated as „expected maximum time“ – in most cases, the ordered goods are delivered faster than indicated.
If you put in the same basket items with different delivery times, then ordered goods will be delivered within a period equal to the maximum delivery period of the products in your shopping cart. If you wish to receive order in delivery installments, we would kindly ask you to contact our customer service department.
In order to deliver the goods to you, we use a variety of transportation options. In most cases we use our own transport and Smartpost. Larger parcels will be brought to you by our long-term partners in the field of logistics. As mentioned before, you have „in person pick-up“ option at our rep office Pärnu mnt. 146 Tallinn.
When receiving fixtures be sure to check their condition. If for any reason the goods are broken or have been damaged during transportation, document the evidence in the presence of the courier and notify us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. If possible, please take a picture of damaged goods. Later claims of the external defects of the goods will be very difficult to meet.
All products are warranted for 2 years, except in cases where the manufacturer provides longer term guarantees or warranties e.g. – LEDs, etc. Proof of the guarantee/warranty is your invoice and evidence of payment.
If the item you purchased does not suit your needs for any reason, then you have the right to return it to us within 14 days from the receipt of goods. Your purchased item(s) must be undamaged condition and in their original packaging. We will return the money in full within 14 days after acceptance of goods at our warehouse.
